NEUROTHRIVE SALAD
 

1.5 cup mixed greens

1/2 cup sprouts (e.g. sunflower, pea, broccoli)

1/2 cup red and yellow tomatoes

1/2 cup pepper

1/4 avocado

 

 

Combine all the ingredients and top with a homemade sald dressing of your choice.

 

 

COCOA CHIA PUDDING


2 tbsp chia

2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp raw cocoa

 


Combine all the ingredients in a pot and warm up on a low heat until pudding thickens. Keep on stirring from time to time. Let it cool down and top it with avocado, coconut flakes, almond slivers, goji berries and cocoa nibs. 

SUMMERTIME SALAD


1.5 cup mixed greens

2 asparagus stalks

1/4 cup sprouts (e.g. sunflower, pea, broccoli)

1/4 cup cherry tomatoes

1/4 cup mango

1/4 cup blueberries

1 tbsp sunflower seeds

handful of soaked overnight almonds

 

 

Combine all the ingredients and top with a homemade sald dressing of your choice.

BREAKFAST
SMOOTHIE BOWLS


1 cup mixed greens (e.g. spinach, kale)

1 cup fruits of your choice

1 cup non-dairy milk (e.g. almond, cashew)

water/ice to adjust consitency

frshly squeezed lemon juice (optional)

 

 

Bleand all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Top with fresh fruits and/or home made granola.
